Fantastic experience at the Badminton Court & Pickleball Arena! The courts are well-maintained, spacious, and have great lighting — perfect for both casual and competitive games. Good badminton court with all the facilities, proper lighting and ample space around the court. Best in area. Owner is very humble and a great guy. Do join if you want to enjoy the sport. Badminton is very addictive and I believe the place will be filled in a while.

Booking Policy

How court reservations work

General
  1. All bookings must be made at least 1 hour in advance through the website.
  2. Bookings confirmed only after full payment. Unpaid bookings auto-released after 15 minutes.
  3. Each booking is valid for the specific court, date, and time slot selected. No carryovers.
  4. Maximum booking window is 7 days in advance.
On the day
  1. Players must arrive 5 minutes before their slot. Late arrivals will not receive extra time.
  2. Show booking confirmation at the front desk before entering the court.
  3. Courts must be vacated on time. Overstaying disrupts the next player's booking.

Overtime policy: 15-min extension → 50% of hourly rate charged. 30-min extension → full next-slot fee charged.

Cancellation Policy

Refund & reschedule rules

Refund Structure
  1. 100% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the slot.
  2. 50% refund if cancelled 6–24 hours before the slot.
  3. No refund if cancelled less than 6 hours before the slot, or for no-shows.
Rescheduling
  1. Rescheduling allowed once per booking if requested at least 4 hours in advance.
  2. Rescheduled slots subject to availability and must be used within 7 days.

Court Rules

Code of conduct on court

  1. Non-marking sports shoes mandatory on court at all times.
  2. Food and beverages allowed — but court must be clean before you leave. Chewing gum strictly prohibited.
  3. Respect your time slot. Warm up outside; vacate promptly when your time ends.
  4. Appropriate sportswear required. Jeans or formals not permitted.
  5. Maintain sportsmanship. Abusive language or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  6. Authorised coaching only. Outside coaches not permitted without prior approval.
  7. Limit phone usage. Keep calls brief and at low volume near active courts.
  8. Management not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Use lockers.
  9. Dispose of waste in designated bins. Keep courts clean.
  10. Smoking, alcohol & intoxicants strictly prohibited within the entire facility.
  11. Play at your own risk. Management not liable for injuries. Warm up properly.
  12. Management's decision is final on rule violations.

Payments & Refunds

How money moves

  1. Payments processed securely via Razorpay — supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
  2. Receipt automatically emailed and sent via SMS upon successful payment.
  3. For coaching enrolments, payment billed at the start of each month.
  4. For 1-on-1 sessions, pay per session at time of booking.
  5. Refunds credited to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
